With a shared vision and over 30 years of combined experience, Ed and Katherine have built their careers managing Fortune 1000 companies across the globe. Specializing in international business development and business security, they’ve led strategic initiatives throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, gaining valuable insights into global markets and operational excellence.

In 2008, Ed and Katherine turned their expertise into action, founding CUBEX to deliver innovative, results-driven business solutions. Their global perspective and commitment to excellence continue to guide CUBEX as a trusted partner for growth and success.

Katie became President of CUBEX in 2024, after serving as Chief Operating Officer for 12 years. During her tenure, Katie has been instrumental in modernizing systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving employee benefits, all while helping to guide the company’s strategic vision. Her thoughtful leadership and commitment to fostering growth have played a key role in CUBEX’s continued success.

Katie holds a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional Certification (CPSP). She earned her Master’s in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Operations Management, with a concentration in Finance, from James Madison University.

With her deep expertise and forward-thinking approach, Katie remains dedicated to driving innovation and building a strong, successful future for CUBEX.
